PET ADOPTION
Holliston Meadows has developed relationships with local adoption groups to offer healthy pets for adoption. All pets are examined and treated by our veterinarian before adoption to ensure a healthy start to your new relationship. All pets available for adoption will have behavioral and personality testing to allow for the best owner match.
Source of Pets:
Our staff works with local humane groups, veterinary hospitals, and private individuals to find and evaluate pets for adoption.
Pet Evaluation:
All potential adoptees will have a complete veterinary examination to ensure that they have no infectious or contagious diseases. Pets will be neutered or spayed and will be current on all vaccinations. Older pets will be screened for age related diseases. Personality evaluations will be conducted to determine suitability for adoption as well as to determine the best home for each individual pet. Every pet will stay with us for at least seven days before being eligible for adoption. We cannot accept pets whose personality, age, or medical condition will prevent or delay adoption.
